1 Hotel offers a unique and modern ambiance that truly makes one feel special. The property is well-maintained with beautiful tropical plants and a serene atmosphere. The staff was incredibly accommodating and attentive, making my business stay seamless. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, featuring freshly baked croissants and a decent variety of organic juices. The location across from the Ferry Building provided stunning views of the Bay Bridge, enhancing my overall experience.
The rooftop space could be better utilized.

Room was clean and comfy with a great view and the staff, especially the valet, were friendly and helped with my bags and even offered tips on where to eat nearby. The location is perfect and allows for easy access to various attractions and there’s a beautiful rooftop for drinks at night.
A little on the pricey side but still worth it

The views from my room were absolutely breathtaking—like capturing a postcard of the Bay Bridge right outside my window! The decor was modern yet cozy, with organic accents that made it feel like a chic retreat from the urban hustle. The complimentary breakfast featured fluffy pancakes that rivaled my grandma's finest fluffs, complete with a variety of organic juices that could wake up even the sleepiest of souls.
No coffee maker in the room

The location was fantastic—right across from the Ferry Building, making strolls feel like a scenic tour. The room had stunning views of the Bay Bridge, which made morning coffee taste even better. The staff was friendlier than a golden retriever at a park, always ready to assist with a smile.

The Alcove King room was really nice! It had a modern vibe with eco-friendly touches and plenty of space. The bed was super comfy, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. I did wish for a coffee maker, though—it would’ve been nice to grab a quick cup without going downstairs. The view of the Bay Bridge was a highlight, especially at night! Overall, it was a great escape, just a couple little things could’ve made it even better.

During my recent trip to explore nearby attractions, I found the ambiance quite unique, with the tropical plant decor creating a refreshing environment. I particularly loved the drop-off service within a short distance, which made commuting hassle-free. The food at the restaurant was top-notch too. I especially enjoyed the flavorful dishes offered. However, I did wish there were more towel racks in the bathroom and a microwave available for convenience.

would come back for sure
Great spot with a cozy room. It had air conditioning, a bathrobe, a flat-screen TV, and a minibar. The view of the Bay Bridge from my room was awesome, especially at night. Loved the spa facilities, with massages and bamboo surround for a chill vibe. Breakfast had fluffy pancakes and organic juices.

Great stay with friends! We enjoyed whale watching and explored holistic treatment classes. Food was excellent, with tasty snacks and cocktails. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Just a heads up, the room could use a blackout curtain instead of just blinds for better sleep.
One night, the pillows were too big and hard, making it hard to sleep comfortably.

1 hotel is located close to AT&T Park, making it a perfect spot for sports fans. The vibe is beautiful, with tropical plants everywhere. One service that stood out was the drop-off service within two miles – super convenient! Plus, the emphasis on wellness with the Bamford spa was a lovely touch.

missingWrote a review on Jul 11stunning viewsthoughtful breakfastlack of personal touchescorporate atmosphereno coffee maker
The partial waterfront room had stunning views of the bay bridge and ferry building, enhanced by the corner layout that allowed for two windows. The complimentary breakfast offered on New Year’s Day, though limited, was a thoughtful touch during a quiet morning. However, the hotel lacks personal touches like coffee makers in the room and a vibrant lobby atmosphere, which could elevate the overall experience. Despite its corporate feel, the location is unbeatable for exploring the Embarcadero and nearby attractions.

Absolutely loved the location! 🌉 Right on the Embarcadero with breathtaking views. The staff were super friendly, but the room felt a bit basic and lacked natural light.

I loved the cozy vibe of my room and the amazing drop-off service to explore nearby spots. I highly recommend trying the foot massage and relaxing in the gorgeous garden area. they really helped me unwind. The only thing that could improve is the drop-off service request process, as I felt a bit repetitive answering whether my destination was within their range. 😊

The moment I walked into 1 Hotel, it was like entering a serene forest retreat, complete with bamboo accents and a scent that smelled like a warm hug. The staff was more welcoming than a golden retriever at a dog park, ensuring I had everything I needed for a fabulous stay. The rooftop terraces offered breathtaking views of the Bay Bridge, perfect for a sunset cocktail! Plus, the organic, seasonal dishes from the in-room dining menu were a real treat, and the breakfast croissant could rival a Parisian bakery.
